Originally from Montreal, Chef Jesse Bell is now proud to call Ottawa his home. After studying at Algonquin College he fell in love with Ottawa’s booming local food scene.
Chef Bell pulls inspiration from the culture around us in Ottawa, using locally grown, sourced and produced ingredients to create contemporary yet rustic Canadian fair with Nordic influences. He specializes in house made and artisan charcuterie, and seasonal ever changing dishes for any kind of
dining. Chef Bell work’s with local producers is on every plate and he is dedicated to showing the best Ottawa has to offer. He strives to provide a great experience to not only those visiting Ottawa but to those who call it home as well.
